Refund and Dispute Policy

NOTICE: By participating in mindset coaching, the client acknowledges and agrees to the terms of this policy.
Mind Your Beliefs LLC (“Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) provides mindset coaching, subject to the following policy (“Refund and Dispute Policy”).
NO REFUND POLICY
Due to the nature of mindset coaching, all sales are final. Coaching services involve time, expertise, and a personalized approach, which cannot be reversed or reclaimed. Therefore, Mind Your Beliefs LLC does not offer refunds for coaching sessions, packages, or programs once purchased.
RESCHEDULING AND CANCELLATIONS
Clients may reschedule a session with at least 24 hours’ notice. Failure to provide sufficient notice may result in the session being forfeited without a refund. If Company needs to reschedule a session, reasonable efforts will be made to accommodate the client’s schedule.
EXCEPTIONAL CIRCUMSTANCES
Refund requests may be considered in rare and exceptional circumstances at the sole discretion of Mind Your Beliefs LLC. Any approved refunds may be subject to administrative fees and deductions for services already rendered. Requests must be submitted in writing to attorneysophie@protonmail.com.
DISPUTE RESOLUTION
If a dispute arises regarding coaching services, the client agrees to first attempt to resolve the matter directly with Company through written communication. If an agreement cannot be reached, both parties agree to mediation before pursuing any legal action. Any disputes shall be governed by the laws of Wyoming and resolved in the appropriate courts.
NO CHARGEBACKS
By purchasing coaching services, the client agrees not to initiate chargebacks or payment disputes with their financial institution. Any unauthorized chargebacks will be contested, and the client may be responsible for additional legal or administrative fees incurred.
AGREEMENT TO TERMS
By engaging in mindset coaching with Mind Your Beliefs LLC, the client acknowledges and agrees to this refund and dispute policy. If the client does not agree to these terms, coaching services should not be purchased.
